四川锦丰纸业股份有限公司原名四川锦丰纸业有限公司，于一九九五年成立，其厂房设于四川省成都市温江区科技园内，占地一百八十***，正式员工800余名。锦丰纸业是成都最早的一批合资公司，由香港凯心有限公司、香港钜标投资有限公司、中国烟草物资公司、成都蓉光企业有限公司和温江锦苑实业有限公司合资兴建，1995年投产。
公司已获得中国烟草专卖局发出之许可证，在中国从事制造各类卷烟纸制造及销售。现时公司拥有四条生产线，年产量共二万三千吨，其资产接近人民币五亿圆。一号机及二号机主要生产***A1级卷烟盘纸，主要供应中国各省之卷烟厂及作少量出口。第三条生产线(三号机)于2003年十二月投产，用作制造高透气度嘴棒成型纸，年产量为四千吨，此生产设备为现时全亚洲***及***进之生产线。用作生产水松原线之第四条生产线于2004年四月投产，其年产量为六千吨。
